We use SMS only to communicate with people who have contacted us directly, or who have specifically requested IT-related help through Bark.com and provided a verified phone number.

- Initiate contact and provide your mobile number, or
- Request help through Bark.com and provide your number, or
- Explicitly ask to be contacted by text.
We do not send unsolicited marketing texts. Message frequency varies based on your request.

Carrier and cost notice
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile number sharing / selling (required)
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
We do not sell your phone number or SMS opt-in information.
4) How we share information
We may share information only as needed to operate our business and provide services, such as with:
